• Currently Dr. Sabha is dedicated to his primary care practice and community in SWFL, where he is applying a holistic approach to patient care, focused on prevention and wellness.
  After Completing His Residency at NY Medical College in NY in 2006, Dr. Sabha has been practicing in SWFL for the last 18 years. His career spans very rich and divers experiences over these years. He launched FMA Hospitalists in 2008 as co-founder and president. He grew the practice to be one of the Largest Hospitalist and Post acute groups in Lee/Collier Counties from 2 to 60 providers by 2016. Later that year he partnered with HNI Healthcare where he continued as National CMO for Post-acute and Behavioral Health Services through 2023. Throughout that diverse experience Dr. Sabha played leadership role in navigating the entire continuum of care of including Acute, Post-Acute and Behavioral health. He worked in partnerships with stake holders in these respective areas, to improve the quality of care for patients, streamline efficiencies, and reduce hospitalizations.
