    I have worked as a full time physician for Department of Public health for over 27 years.
    During that time, I spent ten years working at Rutland Heights Hospital and the next seventeen years at Tewksbury State Hospital.
    At Rutland Heights Hospital, I was responsible for patients in the PTSD unit, Drug & Alcohol unit and all long term care units when assigned to that unit.
    I was transferred to Tewksbury State Hospital in 1991, where my working hours were either 8 am –4 pm 0r 9am ---5 pm.
    During my service at Tewksbury I covered all units of the hospital with many other responsibilities, some of which are listed below:--
    1.In charge of AIDS unit since its formation until 2004
    2.Assigned to Huntington’s Unit and other long term care Units
    3.Co-chaired the Pain Management committee since it was formed
    4.Co-chaired the Wound committee since it was formed
    5.Co-chaired the Patient Family Education Committee.
    6.Co-chaired the Pharmacy and Therapeutic committee.
    7.Co-chaired Infection Control Committee.
    8. Participated in writing the protocols for both Pain Management and Wound Committees
    9.Was in-charge Physician for all medical emergencies during 9 am -5 pm coverage.
    10.Responsible for medical needs of mentally ill patients which included drug and Alcohol abuse patients, prisoners who need medical workup and treatment.
    11. Participated in pain consultations
    12. Conducted and treated patients in wound clinic.
    13.Was responsible for admissions, discharges, reviewing labs, ordering medications, attending patient care committees and Mental Health Rounds, referring patients to consultants and writing orders and treatments.
    14. Covered the Hawthorne Units (DMH Units) which included medically and mentally ill patients since January 2009 till my retirement in January 2010
