• I am a nurse practitioner board certified in Family Practice since 1983. My university education has been the following: Case Western Reserve University (BSN,MSN) Cleveland, Ohio; University of Utah (MS Communications); University of Colorado, (FNP) Denver. I have 2 fellowships from the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, VA in Trauma Plastic Surgery and Orthopedics. I hold adjunct clinical faculty appointments at the University of Utah School of Nursing, University of Wyoming, and the University of Virginia Medical and Nursing schools. I opened a variety of urgent care centers for private and large hospital corporations in the western and southeastern USA and I retired from my own Urgent Care and Industrial Medicine clinic of 23 years at the end of 2022. Prior to 1999, I also provided locum tenens coverage for a variety of ERs, Urgent Care clinics, and Pediatric Centers.
