I am a scientist, doctor, and filmmaker. I develop new imaging techniques to address overlooked aspects of women’s health. Drawing from an education in chemistry and engineering, as well as clinical training in internal medicine and radiology, I work to create and disseminate new ultrasound methods related to female reproductive health. By extending imaging techniques to filmmaking and creative arts therapies, I explore issues related to physician and patient mental health. I am passionate about medical education and mentoring trainees from underrepresented groups in science and medicine.
