Summary

• I’m Dr. Kirby. I was raised in the Southwest Deserts of Southern Utah, spending many a summer night playing in nearby bodies of water, camping, or just sipping on a slurpee, watching the sunset.
  
  I’m married with 4 little ones, 6, 4, 2, and a newborn. They mean the world to me.
  
  I completed medical school at Touro University Nevada in Henderson, NV in 2013 and followed with my residency at Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program in Conroe, TX, just 30 minutes north of Houston.
  
  As a Direct Primary Care Physician Clinic, we have the great opportunity to provide increased care to and communication with our patients. We try to be available nights, weekends, regular business hours and all times in between. Call, text, email, FaceTime your concerns. We pride ourselves by not accepting co-pays, in house procedures free of charge, at cost medication, labs and imaging, and extended visits as long as your visit requires.
