Summary

  • I’m a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) and Board Certified Medication Therapy Management Specialist (BCMTMS) working in collaboration with physicians, long term care facilities, hospitals, and individual patients.

I’m currently looking to partner with Physicians and Pharmacies to provide Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services to help optimize their patients medication therapy and clinical outcomes. MTM services may be covered by Medicare Part D so patients pay nothing out-of-pocket.

There I co-authored a published study, “Determining the Specific Epitope of the Globo H Antigen using the MBR1 Monoclonal Antibody.”

    Licenses:

I’m a practicing Nuclear/Clinical Pharmacist actively licensed in eleven states; including California, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Washington, Illinois, Rhode Island, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Oregon

    Experience:

In my capacity as a Clinical Pharmacist, I provides Medication Therapy Management to patients in various clinical settings. As a Nuclear Pharmacist, he compounds or prepares radiopharmaceutical (radioactive drugs).
