Summary

• I am a family nurse practitioner working in rural health. A large part of my career was spent working with FQHC patients with very high acuity, low income, and low medical IQ. This group of patients is very challenging. In this role, I was the champion for women's health procedures including IUDs, Nexplanon, etc. My passion is with this group of patients. I was presented with the opportunity to do primary care of these patients in their homes. I have been changing lives by improving health and improving safety in the home. Changing lives one patient at a time.
