Summary

• I am a board-certified family physician. I attended medical school at the University of Minnesota--Duluth, participated in the Rural Physicians Associates Program, and graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. I completed my family practice residency at Marquette General Hospital Family Practice Residency Program serving as Chief Resident.
  
  
  I practiced full spectrum family medicine care in rural areas from 1994-2016, developing a particular clinical interest and expertise in women's health and reproductive health care. I also became involved in the development and deployment of Clinical IT systems including beta testing, EHR launch, and medical directorship. I served as Women's Health Medical Director through the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. I volunteered at WeARE The Clinic whose mission is to provide "access to accurate, affirming, and evidence-based reproductive education and healthcare regardless of race, class, gender, religion, age, or sexual orientation." I accepted the position of Medical Director at WeARE The Clinic in 2022 and am proud to provide medical care to a population in great need.
