- after completing my General Surgery at Bronx Lebanon, I got my fellowship in Endovascular surgery from Arizona Heart Institute. Since 2005 I am the founder and medical director of Arizona Vein and Laser Institute (arizonaveinlaser.com) in Glendale , AZ, we have presently six valley locations, four cardiovascular surgeons and two outpatient centers dedicated to the treatment of venous disease and peripheral vascular diseases.
