Summary

• I have practiced as a psychiatrist for over 25 years. I graduated from University of Michigan Medical School and completed a psychiatry residency at UC San Francisco. I specialize in working with only adult men. My particular areas of interest are Bipolar and Depressive Disorders along with Anxiety and Addiction issues. My evaluations are very thorough and detailed. I take a holistic approach working with each patient's background and their treatment preferences. Medication management is often a part of treatment. There can be significant paperwork to fill out as part of the evaluation. This facilitates the best use of our time.
  
  I focus on all areas of a person's life and experiences with a focus on what the problems are right now and what can be done about it. I work to get as much information as we can to accurately address this and to come up with an integrated plan. This involves lifestyle, addictive behaviors and substances, family of origin issues, recovery, and medication.
  
  Life can be more difficult than we even admit at times, and our coping skills are not always sufficient. Many of us are quite disconnected from others and are not making the healthiest choices. My hope is to bring together my training and life experience to help you live a happier and healthier life, physically, socially, mentally and spiritually.
