Lilian White MD

Summary

• Lilian White, MD is a family medicine physician passionate about bringing integrative and functional medicine into primary care. She graduated from Heidelberg University with a B.S. in Chemistry summa cum laude, followed by education at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, where she received the Dean's Award and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed residency training at the Cleveland Clinic and during her training received an award for professionalism, was nominated for intern of the year at Cleveland Clinic, and received the Family Medicine Resident Award for Advocacy upon graduation.
  
  
  Dr. White has a passion for incorporating integrative and functional medicine into primary care and is currently completing her certification in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She also enjoys writing and was a resident representative for the American Family Physician Journal in 2022. She is currently a senior author at Core Content, a family medicine board review resource.
  
  
  Dr. White recently founded Empowered Health, LLC: a direct primary care practice opening in October 2023. Empowered Health will offer both family and functional medicine to optimize health and promote well-being for patients.
