• Board certified by the American Academy of Family Medicine, Dr. Poe has been practicing medicine for more than a decade. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Dr. Poe completed her Bachelors Degree in Psychology at Fisk University in 2001, prior to attending Meharry Medical College where she obtained a Masters of Science in Public Health and her Medical Degree. After medical school, Dr. Poe completed residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is a board certified Family Medicine physician, and prior to opening Cryo and Contour, served as Assistant Professor for the School of Medicine at Vanderbilt University and as a Primary Care physician in the Vanderbilt Health and Medical Group Network. She currently specializes in Medical Weight Loss and Nutrition using the power of science to restore health. Dr. Poe has a special interest in patients who have diabetes and are looking to take charge of their numbers as well as decrease the medications that they are taking.
