- I am a board certified nurse practitioner with 12 years of experience in acute care settings. Throughout my nursing career I encountered many different pathologies that were caused in great part by the decisions my clients made throughout their lifetimes. Research has proven that comorbidities exacerbate the pathologies that lead to loss of health, and lower quality of life. It is my conviction that through teaching, and implementation of a preventative medical approach; I can increase the well-being and quality of life of my patient population.
