• Marc El Khoury, MD, FIDSA, is a Hawthorne, NY-based Infectious Disease specialist with experience in neurological infections, HIV/AIDS and infections in immunocompromised hosts, tick-borne diseases ( babesiosis, anaplasmosis, Powassan virus encephalitis), and nosocomial infections. Dr. El Khoury completed his Infectious Disease fellowship at Westchester Medical Center and his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center/College of Medicine. Currently, he practices as an Infectious Disease Physician at Advanced Physicians Services at Westchester Medical Center.He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College.He serves as the Program Director of the Infectious Diseases fellowship and Section Chief of the division within the Department of Medicine. Dr. El Khoury has authored several publications in reputable journals, his work had been cited multiple times. He was recently accepted as fellow at the Infectious Diseases Society of America.
