- My passion in life is positive,creative and interdependent aging. My clients and I together work on bringing awareness to what wellness means to them. Then we work on their goals through evidenced based mindful behavior practices. These include joyful movement and nutrition,healthy sleep habits, developing/maintaining a sense of purpose and quality social connections as we age and learning or strengthening skills such as resilience and happiness.
