• Dr. Maria Rodriguez is a healthcare leader specializing in all facets of Radiology including staffing, management, and operations with an emphasis on physician management and well-being.
  Dr. Rodriguez has over 30 years of experience in the Radiology space, having served multiple roles throughout her professional career supporting hospitals and physicians. She currently provides Radiology consulting services to facilities and providers on radiology staffing, strategy, and compensation models. In the past 3 years she has served as Chief Clinical Advisor at Envision Physician services and is the former President of Radiology in the same organization where she held the role for over 5 years overseeing over 1200 providers. Prior to that, she was and Executive Vice-President and the Chief Medical Officer of Radiology at Amsurg Sheridan, a hospital-based organization serving over three hundred facilities in multiple states. From 1995 to 2006 she served as the managing partner at Florida United Radiology; a Florida Based private group covering hospitals in the southeast. She has also served as chief of Radiology in multiple hospitals and has participated in several quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees throughout her tenure.
  She is the current chair of the Tulane University School of Medicine Board of Governors in New Orleans, LA where she served as vice chair from 2023-2025. She is also a current member of the Kiran Patel School of Allopathic Medicine Advisory Board in Davie Florida, where she served on the leadership council to the dean from 2023-2024.
  Dr. Rodriguez obtained her medical degree from Tulane University in 1988 and completed her Radiology Residency and Breast Imaging Fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach Florida, where she served as Chief Resident and Fellow.
