Summary

• Deliver primary well and sick care in a pediatric and adolescent setting to help and prevent disease, promote health, and educate families and caregivers on plans of care.
  Provide community, primary care services on a mobile based clinic in the Phoenix area
  Specific services include, but not limited to, are childhood immunizations, developmental screenings, vision and hearing screening, medication prescriptions, school physicals, and treatment of common illnesses.
  Have implemented an in-house asthma inhaler/spacer teaching and asthma action plans for schools and patient’s family and/or caregiver in collaboration with provider, patient centered medical home team member and caregiver.
  
  Collaboration Roles
  Collaborated with chief operating officer to supervise, oversee, and support medical assistants and staff trained to collect nasal swabs for diagnostic testing. Would oversee PPE protocol and CDC safety protocols during COVID events of all medical staff.
  Was the medical provider on-site to screen clients during COVID events.

  Collaborate with quality department chair and chief medical officer in implementing medical assistant competency chart audit tools and primary care workflows.
  Collaborate with vaccine coordinator and oversee pediatric immunization storage, handling, inventory, and ordering for west valley site.
