Mariya Ostermiller is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Her professional memberships include Fellow Member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), the American Academy of Physician Assistants and she has been the Director at Large of the the Idaho Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants since 2013.

A Montana native, Mariya attained her Bachelor of Biology and Pshychology at Carroll College in Helena, MT in 2003 achieving Magna Cum Laude Honors, as well as National Scholastic Honors Delta Epsilon Sigma. She then went on to earn a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT.

Mariya moved to Boise, ID in 2006 working locally as a Physician Assistant in Dermatology for nearly 12 years specializing in skin cancer detection and treatment, as well as diagnosing and treating disorders of the hair, nails and skin in both children and adults.

Mariya’s hobbies include running, hiking, rock climbing and spending family time with her husband and new baby boy.
