Dr. Moster has authored over 140 peer-reviewed publications, many chapters in ophthalmology textbooks, and has edited a book on Anesthesia in Ophthalmology. She has been invited to deliver several distinguished lectures, including the Ostbaum Glaucoma Day lecture at the ASCRS, the Surgical Day lecture at the AGS, as well as the Dickerson, Goodner, and Ranzco lectures, and the Glaucoma Day Lecture at the AAO. In 2021, Dr. Moster received the Outstanding Educator Award from the American Glaucoma Society. In 2023, she was honored with the Silver Tray Award from Wills Eye Hospital, and at ASCRS, she received the Richard L. Lindstrom Award Medal.
She is dedicated to teaching and has trained hundreds of residents and 118 clinical glaucoma fellows. She has served on the Glaucoma Clinical Committee for ASCRS and the board of the American Glaucoma Society.
Dr. Moster has been featured on The Ophthalmologist Power List as a 'Top 100 Woman Ophthalmologist Worldwide in 2021,' recognized in Best Doctors in America, and named among the 'Top Doctors” in the Philadelphia area for many years. She was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Additionally, she has been invited to lecture both nationally and internationally on the surgical and medical treatment of glaucoma.
