Summary

• I am board certified in internal medicine with a subspecialty in Geriatric medicine.
  I have obtained additional certification as a certified medical director for nursing homes. Currently I practice the continuum of care seeing patients in hospital, clinic and other facilities
  My experience is extensive in developing transitions of care from hospital to nursing to home etc. I am the medical director of many of the nursing homes in our area and have vast experience in working with quality of care in this field.
  Currently my focus is on developing with Home health a robust transition of care model including the use of telemedicine and clinical pathways.
  As of January 2022 I became the medical director of post acute care for Novant on a part time basis
  I am currently the chair of our peer review process at our hospital which uses the just culture algorithm.
