Summary

• I grew up in Southern California and believes this is the perfect place for the growth of the health and wellness revolution. I attended University of California, San Diego where I earned my Bachelor’s in Human Biology which propelled me to Midwestern University in Arizona where I earned my Master’s in Medical Science as a Physician Assistant. Through an integrative and collaborative approach to medicine focusing on improved sleep, stress reduction, frequent physical activity, and a personalized nutritional approach, I believe we can empower patients to live an optimized life. As an avid strength athlete and self-proclaimed chef, I “practice what I preach” and attempt to serve as an example to all of my patients.
