Summary

• I am a board certified sleep medicine and family medicine physician who completed medical school at USUHS. After starting a career in clinical and operational family medicine I've spent the majority of the past ten years within the sleep medicine community. Similar to most sleep providers that means expertise in sleep apnea, but I've focused most of my research on PTSD, narcolepsy and nightmare disorder.
  
  My most recent job has been working with virtual health to expand and continue services throughout the military in particular in Europe. I'm passionate in my belief that all Soldiers and beneficiaries should be able to get the best care regardless of their location. We focus on leveraging virtual health technologies to facilitate care any time anywhere using both synchronous and asynchronous modalities.
  
  If I had to pick one dream job in the future it would be to teach sleep to medical students, residents, fellows and practicing physicians. I've learned that the knowledge I've obtained through practice is not common but of high value due to the 24 hour nature of medicine.
