- Mel Glenn, MD, is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) based in Charlestown, MA. He graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1978 and completed his residency in PM&R at NYU Grossman School of Medicine in 1981, then went on to complete a fellowship in spinal cord injury medicine at NYU as well. He has been on staff at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital since 1998. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of PM&R at Harvard Medical School. He is currently the National Medical Director of NeuroRestorative, and NeuroRestorative Medical Director in Massachusetts and Rhode Island since 1991 and 2016 respectively. He has been Medical Director of Community Rehab Care in Waltham, Massachusetts since 1996. Dr. Glenn is experienced in traumatic brain injury and neurorehabilitation, with many publications in peer-reviewed journals on related topics. He has been recognized as one of America's Top Doctors and Boston Magazine's Top Doctors multiple times.
