Dr. Michael Charles is a trauma surgeon in Tulsa, OK. He received his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine (1985) and has been in practice 32 years. Dr Charles' completed a Trauma /Surgical Critical Care fellowship in St Louis at Washington Univ school of Medicine and the Barnes/ Jewish hospital. He specializes in traumatic surgery & surgical critical care is boarded in general surgery, trauma surgery and surgical critical care and remains in active clinical practice.
Dr Charles is currently the Trauma Medical Director of the Ascension/ St John Medical Center in Tulsa OK, one of two A.C.S./C.O.T. nationally verified trauma centers in Oklahoma. He is on the adjunct faculty of the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, Tulsa and is the state chairman for the Oklahoma Committee on Trauma
