- For almost 20 years Health Endeavors has led the nation in providing mobile medical services to meet the requirements and preventive health needs of Chicagoland municipalities. Our two mobile offices provide on-site medical services to municipalities from Lansing to Zion/Winthrop Harbor to Fox Lake to Ottawa.
Health Endeavors was founded in February 2005 and began servicing Chicagoland municipalities in May 2005.
