  Dr Guo completed his Neuromuscular Disorders and Clincal Neurophysiology fellowship training in Columbia University, Department of Neurology at New York from 2001 to 2003. Dr.Guo did his Neurology residency training at Tufts University New England Medical Center at Boston from 1998 to 2001.
