He specializes in the treatment of neck and back pain, arthritis, neuropathy, diseases, headaches, joint and soft-tissue injuries and sports related injuries. Dr. Phillips served as Chief Resident at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. He then practiced in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine from 1999 until 2007. Since 2007, he has been practicing pain medicine exclusively. He was the first Pinnacle Pain Medicine physician in the Metroplex to perform the intradiscal BMAC procedure. In June 2016, Dr. Phillips was the first physician in North Texas to implant the St. Jude Axium DRG Stimulator System.
