Summary
- Received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and M.D. from the Cornell University Medical College. I completed internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Bronx Municipal Hospital Center and then served as Chief Medical Resident there before coming to Mount Sinai as a cardiology fellow.
I maintain a consultative cardiology practice in Rego Park, N.Y. and treat a wide variety of cardiac conditions including coronary artery disease, lipid abnormalities, valvular disorders, arrhythmias, and heart failure.
My recent research interests have centered around the detection and management of coronary disease in patients with kidney dysfunction and this work has been published in peer-reviewed journals.
