Summary

• Michelle Farazi received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Southern Illinois University, where she also completed her practicum. She treats patients of all ages and complexities of issues. She has extensive clinical experience in both urban and rural settings; and has practiced in a number of fields, including Emergency and Urgent Care Medicine, Family Practice, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has additional specialty in Immunology, Cardiology and Orthopedics. Michelle is credentialed through and a member of National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants. She believes language should not be a barrier to care and she is passionate about working with her patients as a team to improve health outcomes and provide inclusive, quality health care.  Outside of work, Michelle enjoys taking her dog for walks around the lake, Pilates and scuba diving. She is fluent in Spanish and Yugoslavian.
