Overview of Dr. Mehta
Dr. Minesh Mehta is a Miami-based radiation oncologist specializing in cancers of the central nervous system and thoracic region. He completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics after earning his medical degree from the University of Zambia. Dr. Mehta currently serves as Professor and Chair of Radiation Oncology at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. His clinical expertise includes neuro-oncology, lung cancer, gliomas, stereotactic and functional surgery, and stereotactic radiosurgery. He has authored several publications and is involved in clinical trials related to radiotherapy and cancer treatment. Dr. Mehta has been recognized by Castle Connolly as one of America's Top Doctors and Top Doctors for Cancer.
