- I am a Board-Certified Forensic Psychiatrist and Board-Certified in general Psychiatry. In practice for more than 10 years, I have rendered forensic opinion in more than 40 cases and testified in most as an objective Expert Witness. My clinical practice is through Rush Oak Park Hospital as a Psychiatry Liaison and Admitting Doctor for psychiatric treatment, should I determine mental health care is necessary. I teach at Rush University Medical School/Rush University Medical Center as Assistant Professor in Psychiatry. I teach psychiatry residents in topics related to psychiatry and the law, and psychiatry in medicine. I also interview prospective medical students through my role on the Medical Admissions Committee.
