Summary

• I am a psychiatric physician assistant caring for patients of all ages, backgrounds, and psychiatric diagnoses. I enjoy treating patients who are motivated to partner with me in working towards whole-person wellness and quality of life. I take an integrative approach to psychiatry that involves consideration of physical health, lifestyle choices, and the need for therapy in conjunction with medication management. I have training in neuropsychiatry with experience treating patients with emotional and behavioral challenges related to neurological disorders, including autism, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and other genetic disorders, and all levels of intellectual disability. I have experience using holistic approaches to psychiatric treatment and welcome patients who prefer non-pharmaceutical remedies. Particular interests include posttraumatic stress disorder, depressive disorders, perinatal mood disorders, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, insomnia, chronic fatigue, and endocrine and autoimmune disorders.
