• Dr. Murtuza (Mars) Gunja is a licensed Adult Psychiatrist who is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He served as chief resident at Mt Sinai-St Luke’s Hospital and completed a fellowship in Public Psychiatry from Columbia University. Dr. Gunja attended Brown University and St. George’s University School of Medicine. His research interests include stress-related burnout and resilience, and the integration of mental and physical health.
  
  Dr. Gunja's service to the community is broad, including extensive experience conducting home visits as Lead Psychiatrist for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. In addition to enjoying a private practice near Manhattan’s Grand Central Station, he is available for psychiatric house-calls in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.
