  Dr. Fajardo earned her medical degree from the Universidad Ciencias Medicas de la Habana in Cuba. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Buffalo. Her commitment to excellence in medical practice is reflected in her co-ownership of PrimeHealth Physicians, LLC, and her affiliation with the Baptist Hospital of Miami.
  
  As a member of the American Medical Association and the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Fajardo is recognized for her contributions to the medical community. She has been honored with the GME Quality Improvement Award by the University at Buffalo in 2009 and 2010, and the Outstanding Service Award by Buffalo General Hospital and West Kendall Baptist Hospital in 2011.
