Nelson Smith, MD, is an Internal Medicine physician presently in the Orlando area with expertise in both hospital and outpatient medicine. He graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1984 and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia in 1987. Additionally, he served 24 years as a Combat Search and Rescue USAF Flight Surgeon with 7 combat deployments.
