Summary

  • 30 years of diverse experience as a psychiatrist serving individuals and consulting to health care systems and public health entities including national, state, and international government organizations. Previous roles include experience in developing clinical protocols, working to upgrade the level of care and educating physicians on academic and practice matters. Leadership roles have included medical directorships in both for-profit and non-profit systems. Recent roles have included consultations to ministries of health in two developing countries.

    As of 2018, full-time employed as Vice-President of Medical Services, Senior Medical Director, Cardinal Innovations Healthcare. Working as a part of the executive team on transformation of Medicaid in the state of NC, developing the "tailored plan" where we will be responsible for "whole person" care in 2021.
