• Dr. Paul Hura is an Internal Medicine specialist licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. He has subspecialty experience as a Hospitalist, as well as Geriatric/Post-acute and End-of-life care. He completed his medical education at St. George's University School of Medicine and further pursued an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St Joseph's University Medical Center and Advocate Health Care Lutheran General Hospital. His professional experience includes long-standing roles at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission Medical Center, St. Joseph Medical Center, St. Mary's Medical Center and Menorah Medical Center, all of where he maintains Medical Staff privileges. Dr. Hura is the Medical Director of Advanced Health Care of Overland Park Skilled Nursing Facility. He also has experience in medical education, serving as a Docent for Year 1-2 students at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine. He plans to join his wife, Dr. Nora Gomez, in practice together on March 1, 2026, providing personalized primary care and affiliating with MDVIP.
