I am a retired USN, Captain since Dec 2004. This is my fourth IHS (Indian Health Svc job). IHS is under H&HS. Prior jobs were in NV, WI and AZ. This clearly the best all admin, and as a recruiter of physicians for 15 hospitals/clinics in ND, SD, NE and IA. We pay very well and can offer up to $50,000 per year, tax free to repay student loans. Our jobs are primarily listed on USAJobs.gov. The best part of my job is 50% tele-work at home in Texas.
Where my small ranch gives me lots of Ham radio antenna room and lots of very big dogs. Recently toured KCOM.... wow what changes. I did not recognize Kirksville at all.
