• Dr. Peter Farr is a board certified family physician specializing in addiction medicine located in Fishers, IN and is owner of Beacon Primary Care, LLC and Chief Medical Officer of Atadas, a software company specializing in telehealth solutions for the Addiction Medicine providers. He finished medical school at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Queens New York and received his medical license in 1985.
