• I am a family physician and attorney that believes broad scope primary care can turn around much of the failing US health care system. I have been researching direct primary care (DPC) models for many years, have published in many formats, spoken at many CME & CLE events, and advised state and federal legislators about DPC legislation. I volunteer much of my time as general counsel of the Direct Primary Care Coalition where I also serve as a member of the steering committee. I am a physician and corporate officer with Proactive MD, an on site Direct Primary Care company serving large employers and their employees across the country. I also remain clinically active in the correctional medicine setting, providing broad scope primary care services to incarcerated patients across Wyoming with Corizon Health.
