Summary

• I am a Family Physician who treats patients of all ages in a Direct Primary Care setting at Simplicity Health DPC. We are membership based, avoiding the need to jump through insurance companies' hoops when providing primary care for our patients. With small patient panels, we can get to know our individual patients' personal values and preferences with longer visits (30-60 minutes) that allow for more thorough Shared Decision Making. The smaller number of patients also allows us to offer same day or next appointments for all of our patients.
  
  In my practice, I enjoy providing preventative services and caring for various chronic diseases, including hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and heart disease. Longer visits allow us to spend more time discussing how to prevent progression of disease through lifestyle changes, often helping us reduce the amount of medication needed.
