Summary

• As the Chief of the Primary Care Department, administers all aspects of patient flow, space utilization, quality assurance, performance improvement, staff evaluations, and schedules. Administers and organizes service programs. Serves as a consultant on very difficult cases to other medical practitioners and health care providers. Primary physician for Executive Medicine and VIP patient population. Serves on numerous health center committees and boards including Quality Management, Credentialing, Risk Management, Data Quality, Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Medical Staff Executive, and Patient Safety committees Familiar with accreditation process with The Joint Commission and NCQA. Instrumental in obtaining NCQA certification for PCMH for our facility.
