Summary

  • I am currently a Transitional Year resident at West Virginia University (PGY-1) with advanced training in Diagnostic Radiology (PGY-2 - PGY-5) at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. My areas of expertise include Molecular Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, and Machine- and Deep-Learning Algorithms. My clinical and research interests include automated decision making through the use of artificial intelligence and personalized medicine approaches. Specifically, I am interested in combining non-invasive imaging with personalized "omics" approaches through techniques such as radiogenomics. My most recent first author publication is 'Ultrasonic Texture Features as Radiomic Biomarkers for Assessing Cardiac Remodeling and Dysfunction' published in Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
