Summary

• I am a board certified family medicine physician with particular interest in wound care, Geriatrics and women’s health . I also completed Medisca course in Bioidentical hormone therapy and the BioTee course in Bioidentical Hormone implants. I enjoy teaching medicine and have been involved in medical eduction since I graduated in 2001 until the present day, in both voluntary and compensated roles. I lived with my family in Australia from 2008 to 2017 and practiced in a rural environment for the initial 3 years until I completed the FRACGP, when I moved to a suburban practice with an emphasis on women’s health and geriatrics. Throughout this time I taught at the University of Newcastle, 1st 2nd and 3rd years in a systems based anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, clinical skills, etc course. I also taught for 12 months in the masters of pharmacy program, clinical skills. Once certified in Australia i evaluated residents in rural areas for competency, mentored student on an annual basis and interviewed prospective residents in an MMI format for admittance to training I became an American Citizen this year and look forward to voting for the first time in my life in the next general election.
