• Dr. Rachel Wilkenson is an ABPN Board-Certified psychiatrist based in Colorado Springs, CO. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Kansas (Wichita) from 2006 to 2010, after graduating in 2006 from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland with Honors and dual credentials in the European Union and USA.
