    Raja completed elementary school and high school in a small coal mining town in southeastern Kentucky where his father, Dr. Venkat Goli, worked as a Urologist for many years.

    After high school, Raja earned his college Bachelor of Arts degree in Lexington, Kentucky at Transylvania University where he was on the Dean's List for high academic achievement.

    After college, Dr. Raja Goli earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in Louisville, Kentucky at the University of Louisville School of Medicine where he received Honors.

    After medical school, Dr. Raja Goli completed his first 3 year residency in Internal Medicine in Los Angeles, California at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine and was board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine for 10 years.

    Dr. Raja Goli practiced primary care medicine and emergency medicine for several years and gained a significant amount of experience in treating complex medical conditions.

    Dr. Raja Goli developed an interest in Ophthalmology and he completed a 1 year Fellowship in Ophthalmic Pathology in Washington, D.C., at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology where he was the primary author of a scientific paper published in the leading medical journal - Ophthalmic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery.

    Dr. Raja Goli completed his second 3 year residency in Ophthalmology in Cincinnati, Ohio at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr Goli is currently board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and participates in the Maintenance of Certification program.

    Dr. Raja Goli practices Comprehensive Ophthalmology with a special interest in premium intraocular lens cataract surgery.
