  Dr. Rajiv Tejura is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who joined Village Medical in 2022/2023 after serving as Medical Director for a large private organization in Cobb County and Attending Physician in both Private Practice & an Outpatient Practice with Wellstar Medical Group, respectively, in NW Atlanta suburbs within the last 9+ years.
  
  He was born in Toledo, Ohio, and raised in Monroe, Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and graduated with degrees in Biology and Classical Archaeology (minor). He attended Ross University School of Medicine, and shortly after graduation in 2008 he volunteered as a Physician in clinics of two disadvantaged communities outside Cape Town, South Africa. He graduated from WHRE/NEOUCOM Family Medicine Residency program in Youngstown, Ohio, in 2012. He is an active professional member of: American Academy of Family Physicians [AAFP], Georgia Academy of Family Physicians [GAFP], American Board of Family Medicine [ABFM], and American Medical Association [AMA].
  
  Dr. Tejura manages all aspects of outpatient care for both men & women aged 18+, especially including acute & chronic medical issue management of High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, and Thyroid disease.
  
  He practices guideline, preventative care and helps patients as much as he can to achieve their health & lifestyle goals.
  
  Dr. Tejura speaks English, conversational Gujarati, and conversational Spanish. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing chess, trying new cuisines, and traveling.  He lives with his wife and sons in Alpharetta, Georgia.
