- Dr. Raman Baweja is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, and Public Health Sciences at Penn State College of Medicine. He is the Associate Chief of the Child Psychiatry Division and the Associate Vice-Chair of Faculty Development in the Department of Psychiatry. His clinical and research interests include attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the assessment and management of youth with chronic irritability, and the epidemiology of various psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. He has received numerous academic and clinical awards for his outstanding achievements. He is an appointed member of the Psychopharmacology and Neurotherapeutics Committee of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP), a member of the Program Committee of the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology (ASCP), and a member of the Board of Directors for the American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD). Dr. Baweja serves on the editorial board of prestigious journals such as JAACAP Open and the Journal of Attention Disorders and is a reviewer for several other journals dedicated to child mental health.
