• Rebecca L. Gladding, M.D. is a board certified psychiatrist, Medical Director and Founder of Mindful Wellness Maui. She graduated from UCSF School of Medicine, completed her psychiatry residency at UCLA and served as Clinical Instructor and Attending Psychiatrist at the UCLA Stewart and Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital and the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She is co-author of the mindfulness-based wellness book You Are Not Your Brain. She has been honored with several teaching awards and was featured in the A&E Television Network’s critically acclaimed series Obsessed. She has also appeared on The Today Show, as well as several print and radio outlets.
