Rebecca C. Tung MD

Summary

• Dr. Rebecca Tung is a board-certified dermatologist located in Davenport, FL at Cypress Crown Dermatology, with subspecialties in Mohs surgery (fellowship trained and board certified) and dermatologic surgery. She is also a Professor of Dermatology, affiliate faculty, at the University of Central Florida. She is a native Ohioan but is thrilled to call central Florida home. Rebecca completed her medical education at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and further trained at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation for dermatology residency and Mohs fellowship. Dr. Tung has held several significant positions including previously serving as Chair of Dermatology at Loyola University Chicago, Mohs and Dermatologic surgeon at Loyola Medicine and Hines VA Hospital, and Mohs and Dermatologic surgeon at Cleveland Clinic. Her published work covers topics like Mohs and dermatologic surgery, cutaneous oncology and dermatology education. She is a recognized fellow of multiple dermatologic societies and has received honors for her contributions to the field. Dr. Tung is an avid volunteer in the community through her free clinic work with the patients at Haley Center in Winter Haven, Grace Medical Home in Orlando and throughout Polk County via the WeCare program. She has also been active with youth educational outreach throughout Central Florida in collaboration with the Women’s Dermatologic Society at the Boys and Girls Clubs in Polk, Orange and Manatee counties.
